Work
Our team is committed to mentoring and encouraging young people to step beyond what they know of themselves, to achieve their full potential and find their purpose in life.
The team of highly qualified and passionate youth workers is continually developing and evolving our range of programs to stay ahead of the issues impacting our young people and communities.
Accommodation
and support
Fusion’s Student Household Service provides a strong, supportive environment for young people who’ve had to move out of home due to family conflict or other issues but are committed to continuing their schooling.
Operating from the philosophy that every person has a fundamental need for community and purpose, we’re committed to walking with young people as they work through who they are and what they want to achieve, and supporting them as they develop the skills to get there.

Partnerships
It Takes a Village to raise a child and we’re committed to creating that village for young people and vulnerable families across Perth.
From our school programs to the Mobile Youth Trailer, accommodation services and more, everything we do is in partnership with local and state government, churches, schools, local businesses and other not-for-profit organisations.

We believe that with the support of a community, families can be places of nurture, encouragement, and growth for the next generation. We’re committed to empowering and supporting parents and carers by bringing together a village of support around them.
